Another loverly early morning. Zoom down the motorway to catch a plane with a shiny red engine.

Got the most legroom I've ever had in a plane. From now on it is seat 14a for me.

Got a nice picture of mountains peeking through the clouds. No idea which mountains they are. Hope the pilot knows.

And so to the airport. This is what passes for cheese advertising in Italy (at least I hope that's what it is)

Really nice taxi with space age dashboard. Name the car for a small prize.

The hotel is a converted monastery. Very photogenic.

Nice view from the room too. I bagsie the slide.

Went for a walk before tea. Every corner you walk round presents you with another nice photo. More tomorrow.
